Project Summary
Contour were instrumental in the conversion of JTF Wholesale’s cash and carry operation to a retail warehouse club and, in some instances, a retail store format. To date, planning permissions have been achieved for the change of use of properties into retail warehouse clubs in Kidderminster, Stoke, Hucknall, Northshields, Tamworth and Preston (amounting to 40,000 sq. m of floorspace). Furthermore, planning permission has been achieved for 30,000 sq. m of Class A1 retail floorspace in Lincoln, Peterborough and Warrington.
