Project Summary
Contour were instructed by landowners to improve the planning prospects of a 1.8 ha site prior to its sale for residential development. Work included submission of development plan representations (to get the site allocated for mixed-use development and to remove a waste allocation on part of the site), and negotiations with the Council during the master-planning stage. Ultimately, the site was allocated in the adopted development plan for a major residential-led mixed-use development and has since been sold to a housing developer.
