Project Summary
In a review of Bestway’s portfolio of 80+ sites, Contour identified numerous sites as having development potential – including some with good planning prospects for large-scale (high density) residential development. The work has included preparation of site appraisals, planning strategies, negotiations with Local Planning Authorities and submission of development plan representations. Contour has also provided Bestway with strategic planning advice as part of its acquisition of the 780 store Co-Op Pharmacy business, including the rebranding of stores (which now trade as ‘Well Pharmacy’).
