Birmingham Industrial Scheme Approved

On behalf of Westbrook Partners, Contour Planning have secured planning permission for the replacement of a former warehouse with a new industrial estate. The scheme comprises 12 units which would offer 70,000 sq. ft of flexible employment space, together with landscaping, servicing and parking. The approval follows a successful pre-application in 2022.
