Project Summary
Contour Planning obtained planning permission for the development of a new Tim Hortons coffee shop and cafe (with drive-thru lane) at the Broadstairs Retail Park, Westwood Cross. Contour’s work included preparing a full sequential assessment for the development, as well as negotiations with the local authority concerning the loss of vegetation on the site. This was compensated for through the provision of a wildflower meadow on adjoining land.
