Project Summary
Contour Planning are advising the owner 3 ha north London site on the redevelopment potential. The site comprises an existing retail park, with adjoining warehousing and office buildings. Work to date has included preparation of a masterplan and planning strategy, together with high level discussions with the planning and regeneration officers at London Borough of Barnet. Work on a pre-application submission is currently underway, which is expected to include approximately 1,750 residential units, together with 5,000 sq. m of replacement commercial floorspace.
