Contour were appointed to submit an appeal for six new mews houses, following the Council’s decision to refuse a planning application submitted by another party. The site, which comprised former workshops to the rear of the town’s main retail frontage, was located within a conservation area and next to a listed building. Following a review of Contour’s evidence, the appeal was allowed.
