Project Summary
Contour are instructed by Tesco and Timpson to promote new freestanding Timpson ‘pods’ within existing Tesco sites. To date, this initiative has included planning approvals in Beckenham, Hartlepool, Harlow, Sevenoaks and Saffron Walden. The work has included the preparation of sequential assessments to demonstrate the suitability of the proposed locations, in accordance with national and local retail planning policies, together with the submission of planning applications.
