Project Summary
To gain planning permission for a 7,000 sq. m. open A1 retail park on a greenfield site on the outskirts of March, Contour completed pre-application engagement with the Council, stakeholders and public (including a public exhibition), drafted the Retail Impact Assessment and Planning Statement, and acted as agent on the successful planning application which was approved by the Council in August 2016.

In 2018 a further planning application was submitted to double the size of the retail park. Negotiations with Fenland Council are ongoing in relation to this larger proposal.
