Project Summary
Contour Planning secured planning permission for a new KFC drive-thru restaurant on a vacant site adjoining an established retail park in Dorchester. The scheme comprises a bespoke design to the reflect the characteristics of the surrounding area. Contour’s work included negotiations with adjoining land ownerships (including the Duchy of Cornwall) and preparing a comprehensive Sequential Assessment, Design & Access Statement and Planning Statement.
